Dear Artist and friend to Garden Deva!

As you know, for the past 20+ years we have held our incredible Open Studio event here at Garden Deva. This event is so special to us and to the artistic community, we have been discussing ways to continue this tradition this year. For everyone’s safety, we decided to do something completely different for Open Studio without compromising how special this event has become for so many people in Tulsa and beyond!

That being said, we have decided to host an intimate Open Studio “event series” every Saturday during the month of October! We are so excited about this, and wanted to invite you to participate!

What this year's Open Studio event will look like:

• We will have a smaller Open Studio event EVERY Saturday in October (there are 5 Saturdays that month!) from 9am - 3pm.
• We will be looking for artists with highly-curated handmade goods, and only one artist per medium will be in the space at a time -- so, for example, we will NOT be having multiple potters or jewelry makers on the same Saturday.
• Booth spaces will be inside our studio, and we will have no more than 5 artists/vendors per Saturday. Booths will be 8x8 foot spaces, and socially distanced from each other. The cost is $75 per booth per Saturday.
• Set Up time will be from 7-8:30am each Saturday.
• We will be practicing social distancing and requiring masks for everyone working and attending the event.
• There will be live music all day throughout the event!

We are truly so excited to continue bringing the Deva spirit to the Tulsa community this year, and would absolutely love to have you participate!

The last date we will receive applications is Friday, September 18th.
