We are adding one final event to our holiday event series - the "Last-Minute Mini Market" on Saturday, December 18th from 10am-3pm. This event is designed for the many last-minute Christmas shoppers, and for those looking for a good holiday deal! We have hand-selected just a few vendors to be invited to participate.
Last-Minute Mini Market at Garden Deva
All spaces are indoors and are 6'x6'.
Deadline to reserve your booth is Friday, December 3rd.
Set Up: Saturday December 18th (9-9:45am)
Tear Down: Saturday December 18th (3-3:30pm)
By purchasing a vendor booth at this Event you are agreeing to the following:
+ You will be set up and ready to go 15 min prior to the start of the Event.
+ Your booth will be torn down within 30 min of the end of the Event.
+ If you arrive early please wait in your car until set-up time has begun, doors will remain locked until 9am as we will be preparing our gallery for your arrival.
+ Booths placements will be pre-selected. All booths for this event will be located in our front shopping area.
+ Your booth set-up must be within the size parameters of 6'x6'.
+ You will be present throughout the entire event from 10am-3pm.
+ If access to electricity is needed, we must be informed at least 1 week in advance.
